Overview

As a Solution Architect at Elantis, you will be responsible for delivering solutions based on Microsoft Modern Work capabilities, collaborating with a talented team to create innovative solutions for customers.

In Short

• Design end-to-end Modern Work solutions using Microsoft 365.
• Guide organizations through the transition from legacy systems to Modern Work solutions.
• Lead or support migrations from on-premises or third-party platforms to Microsoft 365.
• Integrate Microsoft 365 security features and third-party applications.
• Support identity and access management strategies using Azure Active Directory.
• Define and implement governance models for Microsoft 365 services.
• Produce detailed design documentation and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and best practices.
• Recommend improvements to drive user productivity and collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of client-facing project delivery experience.
• Experience in consulting roles and managing teams.
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Modern Work solutions.
• Experience in migrations to SharePoint Online.
• Post-secondary education in a technology-related field.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking ability.
• Able to manage billable time efficiently.
• Able to work with project managers to complete projects on time.
