Offensive Security Consultant - Remote

Overview

An Offensive Security Consultant at Eide Bailly is a highly skilled, consultative penetration tester capable of performing in-depth network and application assessments as well as social engineering. This position works both independently and as a part of a team to provide maximum value to Eide Bailly’s customer base.

In Short

• Deliver offensive security assessments of networks and applications.
• Document and present reports to clients.
• Chain vulnerabilities and exploit them for assessments.
• Research and develop new security concepts.
• Provide quality assurance for reports.
• Manage offensive security lab and equipment.
• Cultivate client relationships.
• Assist in developing Statements of Work.
• Provide technical mentorship to staff.
• Maintain awareness of technology trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.
• 3+ years in a consulting or information security role.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Security certifications (CISSP, OSCP, etc.) are a plus.
• Experience with penetration testing tools (Nessus, Burp, etc.).
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Ruby, etc.).
• Deep understanding of penetration testing methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of IT protocols and network architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
