Overview

Egen is looking for a Delivery Lead to join our growing Service Delivery team, playing a critical role in managing large-scale cloud and IT modernization projects.

In Short

• Lead and manage client delivery projects from initiation to closure.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Utilize agile and traditional project management methodologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in managing complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in product management and project management.
• Strong communication skills and technical knowledge.
• Experience with agile delivery tools and methodologies.
• Process-oriented with a focus on organization and delivery.
• Trained in project management and agile disciplines.
• Ability to work with minimal structure and enable change.
• Experience in client delivery or professional services.
• Helpful certifications include CSM, PMI, or PMP.
