Overview

eFlexervices is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Agent to join our growing team. This role will support our operations, particularly in Japan, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our internal team and customers.

In Short

• Research, plan, and book travel itineraries based on client needs.
• Use Sabre (or other relevant booking platforms) to make reservations for flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Ensure accuracy in booking details, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively.
• Work closely with the internal team to provide seamless, high-quality travel experiences.
• Handle adjustments and modifications to travel plans as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with travel regulations, policies, and best practices.
• Exhibit a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
