Structural Design Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Structural Engineer within the Engineering division with .efficiently, you will be placed within a US client organization to perform detailed calculations, design drawings, and specifications for industrial, residential, and commercial projects.

• Prepare detailed calculations, design drawings, and specifications for various projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design of building structures.
• Design civil scope and foundations based on geotechnical reports.
• Develop construction scope packages and review shop drawings.
• Provide detailed drawings of structural components and connections.
• Ensure compliance with local and national building codes.
• Work with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Act as project manager on smaller projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain organized project documentation.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RISA 3D, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in structural designing and various structural components.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to produce work examples showcasing past projects.
