Requirements

• PhD in Psychometrics, Research and Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in conducting psychometric research.
• 3+ years of experience overseeing third-party vendors/universities.
• Experience designing and managing psychometric research studies.
• Strong analytical skills and communication abilities.
• Collaborative individual with a track record in educational research.
• Knowledge of educational programs and testing industry.
