Team Leader, Financial Advisor Engagement Center - Remote

Overview

As a Team Lead on the Engagement Center team, you’ll play a pivotal role by partnering with the Team Managers, QA and the Director to provide coaching, employee development, and direct day-to-day support.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the team to improve their advisory skills and sales techniques.
• Partner closely with Team Managers and Director to develop and execute coaching and employee development plans.
• Monitor team performance against aggressive sales targets and client satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Prioritize ongoing training sessions on sales strategies and standard processes.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of financial services principles and products.
• Consistent track record of high personal performance.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence for client interactions.
• Strategic mentality with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or financial subject area preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in a licensed, client-facing financial services role.
• Possess the Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 licenses; Relevant financial Designations (CFP, CRPC) preferred.
