In Short

• Independent management and optimization of Google Ads accounts (Search, PMax, possibly Shopping or Leadgen)
• Analysis of performance data, derivation of measures, and operational implementation
• Regular communication with clients (strategic & operational)
• Management of budgets and goals such as ROAS, CPL, Cost per Sale, etc.
• Co-design and further development of internal processes, templates & workflows
• Support in conversion optimization through analysis of user behavior

Requirements

• 1–2 years of operational experience with Google Ads – including hands-on implementation experience
• Very good knowledge in Search & PMax (for E-Com or lead campaigns)
• Proficient use of Google Tag Manager, Merchant Center, and tracking – or willingness to quickly learn
• You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented – and can keep track even with multiple accounts
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and professionally in German
