Principal Biostatistician - Remote

Overview

Senior Biostatisticians will work closely with clients and provide high level consulting services for statistical analysis, reporting, and statistical programming specific activities which may include development of statistics section of protocol, development of statistical analysis plan, randomization schedule, conducting statistical analyses, validating programming and reporting output, and developing statistical analysis report.

In Short

• Provide consulting of statistics activities related to clinical trials.
• Mentor and QC statistical programmer’s outputs.
• Act as study statistician and interact with clients and clinical team.
• Develop and finalize the statistical analysis plan.
• Validate programming deliverables and collaborate with team members.
• Develop randomization schedule and specifications.
• Analyze data and contribute to trial progression decisions.
• Develop SAS programs for analysis datasets and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master in Statistics, Biostatistics, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry or equivalent role.
• Strong experience with clinical study design and analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• SAS certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH guidelines and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to delegate tasks and lead projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
• Excellent team player.
