In Short

• Planning, steering, and optimizing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns on Amazon
• Utilizing the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) for data-driven campaign analysis
• Developing targeted performance strategies for clients in the OTC and NEM sectors
• A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring for conversion optimization
• Close collaboration with account management
• Supporting the further development of our retail media strategies on Amazon and mail-order pharmacies
• Preparing reports and insights for client reviews and internal strategy meetings

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally focused on Amazon advertising
• Proficient in Amazon PPC and DSP
• Familiar with e-commerce and online marketing structures
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Interest in data-driven marketing and digital trends
• Very good German skills (native level) and good English skills
• Plus: Experience in agency, pharmaceutical, or retail media environments
