Overview

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at Rakuten, you will work on building technical solutions within the Salesforce platform, addressing complex business and technology challenges, and ensuring high-quality development practices.

In Short

Work with project architects to develop technical solutions for customer needs.
Configure and customize solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Participate in the technical design of Salesforce Experience Cloud features.
Write technical documentation detailing the solutions and approaches used.
Conduct code reviews and follow coding standards.
Provide estimates and breakdown structures for tasks.
Continuously learn about new Salesforce products and updates.
Collaborate with teams to enhance customer satisfaction through innovation.
Utilize web development best practices in project work.
Engage in complex problem-solving and provide innovative solutions.

Requirements

Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
Advanced Admin certification is a plus.
Platform Developer I certification preferred; II and JavaScript certifications are a plus.
3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components.
Proficiency in responsive web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
