• Accurate and timely entry of patient information, medical history, and treatment records into our database
• Verify and correct any discrepancies in data entry
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy according to company policies and HIPAA regulations
• Identify and report any errors or issues with data entry
• Keep track of and update patient information as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience or training in data entry
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes
• Proficient in typing and computer skills, with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
