• Prepare complete and accurate cost estimates for hyperscale data center projects.
• Coordinate with sales and project management for smooth project transitions.
• Review and analyze project documents for inconsistencies.
• Identify potential risks and manage project scope changes.
• Develop detailed bid submissions meeting project requirements.
• 5+ years of experience estimating large-scale hyperscale projects.
• Expertise in structured cabling and low voltage industry.
• Bluebeam expertise required; familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM360 preferred.
• RCDD certification required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Proven understanding of hyperscale market design variations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
