In Short

• Planning content and content schedules
• Analyzing trends, competitors, and topics
• Developing scripts and communicating with voiceover artists
• Editing videos (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Creating thumbnails, titles, and descriptions (including using AI)
• Publishing content and managing the channel
• Working with freelancers (design, voiceover, editing)
• Maintaining a quote archive and organizing structure
• Conducting analytics and testing new formats

Requirements

• Experience with Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects for at least 1 year
• Experience with Photoshop for at least 1 year
• Proven experience managing a personal or commercial YouTube channel (understanding platform specifics)
• Ability to conduct in-depth market research, identify trends, and develop video concepts
• Understanding of clickable titles and thumbnails for YouTube
• Experience working in a team and with contractors (editors, voiceover artists, designers)
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney for generating texts and images + 11Labs for voice generation)
• English proficiency from B1 level
