Overview

DaVita is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making an exceptional difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
• Commitment to improving patient health through quality care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to float to various clinics during and after training.
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple co-morbidities in patient treatment plans.
