DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making a significant difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N preferred.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
• Ability to work with patients with multiple co-morbidities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building patient relationships.
• Commitment to clinical goal setting and quality improvement.
• Flexibility to float to various clinics during training.
• Willingness to work in an outpatient setting.
• Strong observational and patient assessment skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
