DaVita is seeking a Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center, making an exceptional difference in the lives of patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N or diploma may be acceptable.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is helpful but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a clinical setting.
• Commitment to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple patient needs effectively.
• Must be able to float to various clinics as needed.
