Overview

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in a home healthcare facility, delivering empathetic and compassionate care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

In Short

• Deliver care to patients in a home healthcare setting.
• No dialysis experience required; training provided.
• Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and their families.
• Work as part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
• Oversee patient care with the support of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) required; B.S.N or diploma may be considered.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is beneficial but not required.
• Commitment to improving patient health through clinical goal setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
