Overview

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse who is looking to give life in a hospital setting. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

• Work in a hospital setting delivering nephrology care.
• No dialysis experience is required; training will be provided.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) or equivalent required.
• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is beneficial but not required.
• Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment color blind test is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient care and clinical goal setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new treatments and technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be able to handle a flexible daily schedule based on patient needs.
