DaVita is seeking a dedicated Float Pool PD Nurse to support our clinics throughout the Northeastern United States, providing exceptional patient care and education on peritoneal dialysis.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Peritoneal Dialysis experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Flexibility to travel frequently across the Northeast region.
• Strong clinical skills and self-motivation.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Passion for home dialysis and patient education.
• Previous case management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies is a plus.
• Certification as CNN, CDN, or CPDN is a plus.
