Overview

The Patient Care Technician Float position involves assisting registered nurses in providing dialysis treatment for patients with End-Stage Kidney Disease in various outpatient clinics in the greater Cleveland area.

• Assists in dialysis treatment for ESKD patients.

Requirements

• CCHT certification required within 18 months of hire.
• Current CPR certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
• Ability to float to different clinics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient care and quality improvement.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift and move patients as necessary.
