Overview

The Manager, Value-based Care, Product Strategy will lead projects aimed at transforming kidney care and improving clinical outcomes through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in analytical problem-solving roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Prior experience in healthcare services preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience.
• Understanding of value-based care models.
• Ability to synthesize data from various sources.
• Strong business acumen.
