Authorization Coordinator I, Clinical Pharmacy Management - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Pharmacy Management team is looking for an Authorization Coordinator I to review and process formulary exception requests based on clinical criteria and guidelines.

In Short

• Work remote with a 7:30-4pm PST schedule.
• Review and process formulary exception requests.
• Utilize approval and denial language for medication requests.
• Maintain communication with facility teammates.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
• High School Diploma required; Associates preferred.
• Current Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• 2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting required.
• Excellent MS Office skills required.
• Ability to travel 10% as needed.
