  • Position as Junior Facility Manager with potential development into a mandate leader.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in Facility Management or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of the management and coordination of FM services.
  • Commercial knowledge preferred (e.g., in reporting, contract management, or cost control).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with clients and service providers.
  • Structured working style, responsibility, and analytical thinking.
  • Willingness to travel for a maximum of 1-2 onsite meetings per month.
  • Interest in long-term development in mandate management.
