Client Connectivity Resiliency Specialist - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Client Connectivity Resiliency Team, you will drive and execute on Technology Risk Management issues targeting client changes to meet DTCC security and encryption connectivity standards.

In Short

• Gathers and validates data from clients for network connection.
• Works with internal teams on network and authentication configurations.
• Resolves client queries with minimal supervision.
• Manages client expectations according to turnaround times.
• Tracks client queries using case management tools.
• Supports client queries via email and phone.
• Assists in dedicated line migration efforts.
• Provides weekend and holiday support as needed.
• Helps junior team members resolve client issues.
• Contributes to department projects and strategy development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of transfer protocols and computing systems.
• Good understanding of IT networking.
