Travel Management Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Travel Management Accountant at DuPont is responsible for processing employee reimbursements and ensuring compliance with travel policies, while providing support and resolving queries from employees.

In Short

• Process employee reimbursement workflows efficiently.
• Handle queries and provide timely responses to employees.
• Act as Bank Program Administrator and resolve credit card issues.
• Perform timely reconciliations for key accounts.
• Provide training to employees on travel expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal control and travel policies.
• Support team leader in improving reporting process efficiency.
• Maintain a good customer service mindset.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks related to payables.
• Be familiar with issues found during TER sample checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of experience in Travel Expense Reports and ERP systems.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
• PC skills, especially in MS Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and speak Korean or Japanese is a plus.
• Customer orientation and effective communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Able to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
• Disciplined in following procedures.
