• Sharing insights, lessons learned, successes, and failures across the organization.
• Promoting Agile practices and supporting their implementation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remove obstacles.
• Passion for continuous improvement.
