In Short

• Collaboration with selected entrepreneurial brokers
• Support our customers in implementing AI software
• Regularly monitor the successes of our software
• Assist in the development of AI-driven sales campaigns
• Organize and lead important appointments regarding customer relationships
• Support in further developing the business model – you should not only take a passive role in design

Requirements

• Important: You have a 'get it done' mentality and are not afraid of new challenges!
• Insurance sales is not completely new to you
• You work independently and do not need 24/7 supervision
• You see yourself in a dynamic environment rather than in dusty hierarchical structures
• Honestly: Motivation is more important than hard skills – just show that you have always liked to go beyond the norm
• You should not be 'people-shy'
