We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Financial Analyst to provide financial, operational, and customer support. The Virtual Financial Analyst will work remotely and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our financial operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Provide financial support, including managing financial schedules and data entry.
• Handle inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding services and billing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a relevant role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.

• Strong problem-solving skills in financial situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
