In Short

  • Provides front line reliability and maintenance subject matter expertise.
  • Monitors equipment performance and implements solutions to resolve failures.
  • Develops maintenance procedures based on Most Effective Technology (MET).
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting on equipment issues.
  • Coaches crafts and operations personnel on repair practices.
  • Assists with job scoping for successful asset renewal.
  • Evaluates Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) and Preventive Predictive Maintenance (PPM) results.
  • Mentors maintenance team members in core job responsibilities.
  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a valid US Driver’s License and TWIC card eligibility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • 5 years of project management, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of heavy civil construction and maintenance methods preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance practices.
