As a Product Designer, you will create intuitive, modern, and seamless experience for our ecosystem, designing and delivering world-class innovative products. You will use your strong analytical skills and experience to guide complex solutions' strategy, design, and implementation. You’ll collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to sort through the requirements and discovery process, translate this into what works for both the business and the users, and then figure out how to make it useful and beautiful.

In Short

• Design products and workflows that improve user experiences and operational efficiency.
• Support and refine UX strategy across products and modules.
• Define UI strategy in collaboration with UX and brand requirements.
• Oversee user experience from conception to launch.
• Act as a player-coach, assisting with design as needed.
• Formalize a user research and testing strategy.
• Lead the evolution of the design system.
• Provide feedback to the design team and ensure collaboration.

Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
• A design portfolio showcasing strong problem-solving and design skills.
• Experience with UX research.
• Experience managing Visual and UI design teams.
• Ability to drive design review cycles and achieve consensus.
• Experience shipping responsive web and native app experiences.
• Experience designing for B2B platforms.
• Ability to work within 1 hour of the East Coast US Time Zone.
• Fluent communication skills in English (CEFR: C1 level).
• Experience with multinational companies is a plus.
