The Small Commercial Underwriting Manager at Donegal Insurance Group will lead and develop a team of underwriters to achieve profitable underwriting results while ensuring high-quality service is delivered to independent agents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in insurance or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in P&C insurance, with 5+ years in Commercial Lines.
• Management experience in Small Commercial underwriting.
• Expertise in Policy Center.
• Strong leadership and performance assessment skills.
• Continuing education in professional insurance designations is beneficial.
