Overview

This position involves managing the Store Franchise Agreement and relevant documentation for international corporate store franchise events while providing support to franchisees and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

In Short

  • Administer the Store Franchise Agreement and related documentation process.
  • Prepare and issue Store Franchise Agreements and renewals.
  • Interact with master franchisees on documentation requests and legal matters.
  • Maintain the Franchise Legal System database and generate reports.
  • Provide training and support to team members and franchisees.
  • Analyze and summarize contractual information.
  • Assist with the store opening process and outstanding contracts.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment.
  • Work independently and accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with franchise administrative systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work accurately at a high pace.
  • Ability to work independently.
