Finance Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance Team at Domino is a small and nimble team empowering Sales, Marketing, R&D and Customer Success to deliver high quality software to our complex customer base. We are looking for an experienced individual that thrives on providing excellent support to the sales, product, finance and legal teams.

In Short

• Maintain the financial model for the company and perform regular forecast updates.
• Administer and design all GTM compensation plans including Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success.
• Emerge as a consistent, responsive voice of our deal desk function.
• Evaluate and improve existing processes as needed.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A business partnering experience; familiarity with Anaplan strongly preferred.
• Experience administering and designing sales compensation plans.
• Experience with deal desk functions including order form creation and deal term calculations.
• Tenacious work ethic with a true curiosity and desire to improve and own processes.
