Assistant Store Manager II - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team to help with store operations, customer service and team development.

In Short

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store-front fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and record keeping.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills required.
