Overview

As a Staff Engineer in Online Booking, you’ll be the technical driver of one of the most critical systems in our product ecosystem, working on untangling complexity, modernizing systems, and shaping the next generation of patient–doctor booking experiences.

In Short

• Lead and drive technical initiatives impacting multiple teams.
• Take ownership of the monolith decomposition.

Requirements

• Solid technical background across the full SDLC.
• Experience in ambiguous, legacy-heavy environments.
• Hands-on coding experience.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics.
• Mentoring experience for engineers at different levels.
