In Short

• Prepare and support the monthly consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions to the SEC.
• Deliver financial analysis and management reports that inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit cycles.
• Drive process improvements across consolidation and reporting functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting or consolidation; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong plus.
• Proven expertise in multi-currency consolidation and international reporting.
• Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Strong command of IFRS; experience with SEC reporting is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
