Overview

The Senior Finance Analyst - Support at JLL plays a critical role in managing vendor setups and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies, while supporting the overall financial operations across APAC countries.

• Daily check and approve vendor setup/change requests.
• Maintain accurate vendor information.
• Work with requesters to clarify data/information.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Resolve inquiries related to vendor setup processes.
• Coordinate with higher-level approvers.
• Archive documentation for audit purposes.
• Support system tests and upgrades.
• 2-5 years of financial work experience required.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of financial work experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to manage workload to meet SLA.
• Solid Microsoft skills, especially in Excel.
• Positive, careful, and patient approach to work.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting.
• Vendor setup/review experience is a plus.
• Availability to learn and acquire new skills.
