Finance Specialist - General Accounting - Remote

Overview

The Finance Specialist is responsible for managing bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting month, quarter, and year-end closing processes while ensuring compliance with accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• At least 3 years of finance experience in multinational companies.
• Experience with GL or local finance is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
• High self-motivation and positive work attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good communication skills in English, CET 4 equivalent.
