• Support the global workforce with a hybrid role based in Atlanta.
• Own IT infrastructure end-to-end and partner with the Service Desk team.
• Manage macOS and some non-Mac devices.
• Maintain on-premise Linux servers and oversee networking.
• Administer and integrate various SaaS applications.
• Develop automation scripts for routine tasks.
• Implement security best practices and compliance measures.
• Provide advanced IT support and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator role.
• Expertise in macOS and MDM solutions.
• Solid Linux server administration skills.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD and engineering-related servers.
• Proficiency in SaaS administration.
• Strong security awareness and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with project ownership.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
