Senior Consultant - Information Security & Compliance - Remote

In Short

• Consult clients in the field of information security, especially in digitalization projects.
• Develop security concepts and information security management systems (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses and derive appropriate security measures.
• Assist in presales activities.
• Train clients in information security and data protection.

Requirements

• A completed degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, economics, or comparable fields with a focus on IT.
• Experience in creating information security concepts according to IT-Grundschutz (BSI).
• Knowledge of common information security standards, including BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO 27001, ideally with certification in these areas.
• Familiarity with common standards and frameworks in information security, confidentiality, and data protection.
• Experience with GRC/ISMS tools (e.g., HiScout, verinice) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is preferable.
• Good German skills (at least B2 level) and English skills, with a willingness to undergo security clearance according to SÜG.
