Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Paralegal to join our legal team with practical experience in Family Law cases.

In Short

• Draft and review family law documents such as petitions and agreements.
• Assist with the discovery process and financial document organization.
• Communicate with clients for information and case updates.
• Manage court calendars and ensure filing deadlines are met.
• Prepare hearing binders and trial exhibits.
• File documents through the court’s e-filing portal.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Paralegal in Family Law.
• Knowledge of the Florida legal system is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English with strong legal drafting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Ability to work autonomously without constant supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Experience with Florida E-Filing Portal is an advantage.
