Overview

The Vice President - Representations & Warranties will drive and execute the underwriting strategy for the transactional risk business, playing a key role in a growing MGA.

Requirements

• 3+ years of underwriting transactional risks.
• 3+ years of legal experience focused on M&A.
• J.D. required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Networking and relationship-building skills.
• Sound business acumen and analytical skills.
• Contract review knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
