In Short

• Identify, research, and write platform integrity policies to support users and developers on Discord.
• Partner with enforcement teams to operationalize new policies.
• Manage and resolve policy escalations from cross-functional partners.
• Set the long-term vision and strategy for resolving issues within the platform integrity space.
• Drive complex policy projects around Discord developers, apps, games, and emerging product launches.
• Coordinate cross-functional responses to content decisions.
• Write user-facing communications to explain platform integrity policies.
• Articulate Discord’s values and policy principles to internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience working on relevant issues at another game or tech company.
• General knowledge about APIs and API integrations.
• Familiarity with scaled abuse and technical abuse patterns.
• Experience in content policy writing and development.
• Familiarity with project and/or program management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Open-mindedness, collaboration, and flexibility.
