We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. This role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the LinkedIn media team. This role has a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a fast-growing specialty agency. Directive has a proven playbook of GTM product success, with the successful launch of our Start-Up division, the fastest growing department in Directive’s history. We’re applying that same success to this new venture and we want you to be a part of it!

In Short

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts
  • Serve as direct support to client contacts
  • Build strategies for clients each quarter
  • Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
  • Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
  • Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn
  • Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships
  • Analyze campaign performance data
  • Communicate results with client point of contact
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in performance/digital marketing agency
  • Deep expertise in paid social advertising, specifically LinkedIn Ads
  • Understanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of Paid principles
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance data
  • Experience with audience segmentation
  • Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Ability to articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Quality-obsessed with a problem-solving mindset
