Project Manager (Debt Collection Industry) - Hybrid Work Type - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Swedish client, a leading company specializing in acquiring and servicing mass debt portfolios, as well as providing complementary debt management services.

In Short

• Planning projects by defining objectives, scope, timelines, and key milestones.
• Managing project scope and preventing uncontrolled scope changes.
• Coordinating the project team and assigning tasks.
• Managing the project budget and monitoring expenditures.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Communicating with stakeholders and providing regular status updates.
• Collaborating with vendors and partners.
• Managing change processes and coordinating formal approval procedures.
• Ensuring project quality and organizing testing processes.
• Monitoring progress against the schedule and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the debt collection industry.
• Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Wroclaw and 2 days WFH).
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture.
• Knowledge of graphical modeling notations (e.g., BPMN, UML).
• Familiarity with financial and regulatory frameworks relevant to debt collection.
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
• Hands-on experience in debt collection projects.
• Experience in data migration projects.
• Experience working in distributed environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Prince2, PMP).
