No prior law office experience is required—just a passion for operational excellence and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality support.

In Short

• Review existing open files and convert them into structured projects.
• Build and maintain internal status review documentation.
• Build and maintain external status review documentation for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Coordinate with legal staff and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recent hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Experience in project management, office administration, or operations.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Legal experience not required; training will be provided.
