• Lead and manage a team of 10+ SEO strategists.
• Collaborate with strategists to refine and optimize SEO strategies.
• Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in an SEO-specific role.
• Experience managing remote teams is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Excellent knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change.
