As the Head of User Experience, you will provide strategic leadership and champion a design-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional, developer-centric solutions for enterprises.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design, with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of developer tooling and B2B needs.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with design systems and UX research.
• Advanced or fluent English language proficiency.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related fields.
