Overview

The Electrical Engineer/Designer will collaborate with staff to create accurate technical drawings and contribute to the overall design process for our MEP Engineering firm focusing on the design of systems for various industries.

In Short

Collaborate with staff to create technical drawings.
Design engineering systems with independence.
Prepare electrical system layouts and detailed drawings.
Coordinate design requirements with other disciplines.
Research and evaluate products for feasibility.
Attend client meetings and grow relationships.
Assist with project coordination tasks.
Participate in project retrospectives and improvement activities.
Travel for site surveys and field inspections.
Provide training and assistance to others.

Requirements

10+ years of experience without an Engineering degree.
Intermediate proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu.
Strong understanding of local codes for system design.
Familiarity with building structures and systems interactions.
Intermediate knowledge in engineering design.
